gfortran compiler

I have a problem about compiling which needs your great guidance to be solved. In order to use gfortran as compiler and mpich 3.0.4-6 as MPI what are the FC, FFLAGS and LDFLAGS lines in the Makefile. I mean in both serial and parallel programs. Thank you.
