Documentation pdf has moved?

I have downloaded the FDSim3D code without problem, but the link to the documentation no longer seems to work.
I get:

The webpage at ftp://ftp.nuquake.eu/pub/User_Guide_for_FDSim3D_2.0.pdf might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

In a different browser, I get the error:
550 Failed to change directory

Could you have a look?
